01

Brake caliper cleaning and lubrication

Cold-weather corrosion-prevention service for salted roads.

Verified
02

Brake fluid health

Check fluid health rather than replacing solely by elapsed time; heavy brake use can shorten the interval.

Verified
03

Brake pads and rotors

Inspect for wear, rust, and free movement; regenerative braking can reduce use of the friction brakes.

Verified
04

Bulbs and fuses

Match the installed bulb or fuse rating exactly and diagnose repeat failures before replacing again.

Verified
05

Cabin air filter

Switch off climate control before accessing the right front footwell. Disconnect the cover connectors by their housings, never the wires. Replace both filters, lower first, with arrows pointing rearward. Refit the cover; the screw-equipped version uses 1.2 Nm. Tab-equipped covers do not use that screw torque.

06

HEPA and carbon filters

For equipped vehicles, replace the HEPA and carbon elements as a matched set. Fully seat the seals and follow the specified filter orientation. Use the model-specific service procedure and the sourced fastener values below; retain any required replacement hardware and installed-equipment exceptions.

07

Low-voltage battery

Inspect the case, terminals, hold-down, and starting behavior before choosing the exact replacement type.

Verified
08

Tire rotation and wear

Rotation timing, staggered-wheel limitations, pressure, and wear trigger.

09

Wiper blades

Park, switch off the wipers and enable Wiper Service Mode. Lift each arm only enough to release its blade, with a towel protecting the glass. Fit the matching connector, then confirm the new blade locks with a push-pull check before leaving service mode. Arms do not lock upright.
