Castrol Transmax DEX/MERC Automatic Transmission Fluid

Specified transmission fluid · One gallon contains 3.785 L. GM lists 4.7 L for the automatic-transmission drain/refill, so one gallon is insufficient; two gallons provide 7.57 L. This is not the 10.2-L overhaul capacity. Fill only to the specified level and confirm filter, seal and service-procedure requirements; fluid bottles do not form a complete service kit.
